Very happy with this job although the freezing weather hasn’t arrived yet so the true test is yet to happen. Added extra insulation to my home, placed ventilated boxes above 12 recessed lights to stop heat from going up through the lights. Added expansion foam in areas where air seepage was occurring from my first and second floors to my attic. I feel it has made a difference in the warmth of my home. Last year my house last year was very cold. This year it has been very comfortable and has been one of my best experiences. The Koutsis family company is wonderful to work with.
